Bring back Tribunal or do something else for player behavior

To keep it short, I am an adult and expect to be treated as such. When I get off work, I want to unwind and have some fun. For years, LoL has been that kind of outlet for me. What I do not expect, is to be berated by some child who does not like my build, plays, skill level, or champion pick. What makes this worse, is the fact that Riot is doing pretty much nothing about it.

Now I work in Quality Control, and that is the exact problem that you have. Regardless of how well designed your game is, the people I am forced to sit in a game with for 20 minutes, or more, are a major determining factor of how much, or little, I will want to play your game in the future. Of course there will always be problem children, and I do not want or expect you to ban everyone who mouths off during a game. At the same time I do not want to sit through another game listening to some 12 year old tell his team mates how much, and what, they suck.

Please bring out some sort of active and visible punishment system to rid our community of these people. It does not matter how many you may ban in reality, if the perception is that your doing nothing. If people know they can lose their accounts, maybe they will stop this crap and actually treat each other with the slightest bit of respect.

I'm not perfect, and will not claim to be. What I can say is that in game mistakes do not bother me, champ picks do not bother me, what does get me to go off is the insulting nature that today's players seem to have.
