I think the critical strick on 
should be unique so that 
can't get 100% critical percent by the 10-minute mark. This is getting ridiculous and it's every game.

How is this a problem? Stacking early cloaks is only good for champs with solid crit scaling such as Caitlyn or Xayah. Also Yasuo for obvious reasons. Otherwise it’s inefficient and certainly not a problem that constitutes making its only stat unique.
