What does "Pre made" mean in Invasion team comp?

Does pre-made mean that the team MUST be 5 invited to a private group, or does it remade mean that the team composition is predetermined?

yes it means just that.

a premade teamcomposition means you have a group of people from 2-5 that have been in the same lobby before gamebegin. the quests you see for invasion mode that ask for premades Need to actively be done with a full lobby of invited peeps

You need a full premade 5 (so 4 people invited to group with you) to get credit for the premade missions.

This has received a lot of flak which relevant rioters have acknowledged as feeling pretty bad, so hopefully there won't be any more missions strictly requiring premades in the future, although it's possible that's wishful thinking.
