Rewards for Remakes

Now this is something that I am dead-serious about and I wished Riot would address. If a player cannot connect to the Riot servers in time during the loading screen, that already takes about 5 minutes. From there, it takes slightly over 3 minutes for a team to remake. Including the amount of time that it takes to do the selecting(draft or blind), and the amount of time to go back to the home page, about 10 minutes is wasted. I have, and I know a lot of other players have had times when they had a limited amount of time to play, and because of a remake, they couldn't play anymore. This has happened so many times to me that I am so frustrated. I think that if you happen to be in a game in which a remake takes place, the 9 people who didn't do anything wrong should be getting some kind of reward like blue/orange essence to compensate for the wasted time. I also believe that if somebody AFK's in a ranked game, the losing team should not be losing any LP for something that isn't their fault, and the winning team should be gaining less or no LP because the victory most likely was not a result of their skill.
