ok this Irelia nerf... a bit over kill

The only thing that is really bothering me is her Q minion dmg nerf. Can we get some more dmg on her Q, last season i could go Irelia jg, but now I can't even gank a lane using my q on a minion since i don't deal enough dmg to get the reset
