Matchmaking is a joke

Well, let me put it this way. It's a strange coincidence that every day i play (yes i tend to have a lot of time on some days) I reach a point where at least 5 games in a row are unwinnable. What I mean by that is our adc fails to connect, or the skill match up is insanely one sided.

Now, I used to be a gold player myself for the last two seasons. The whole point being: I like the game, i know my skill level and I sure as hell won't make a profession of it. What is insane at the moment is that I cannot get out of the silver 2 - 3 bracket. Why you ask? Well, look at the first paragraph.

The reason I'm typing this is simple. if your ranking cannot reflect your skill level, it's useless. And yes I know Riot won't do anything about it, I've had the unfortunate experience of writing to their support about a connection problem... they didn't even read the message, just sent me a template response (talk about lack of respect for your clients).

For me, this is the end of my trip with LoL. I admit it's a fun game, but like anything else, if the fundamental rules are flawed, the whole exercise pointless.
