Make so that Bard ultimate can be refused by allies

When Bard ult hits an allied champion, all their learned spells become "Astral Break" for the duration (think Sion passive): when used, you break from stasis, and its instantaneous. That would kill the troll potential of Bard. NOTE: to avoid exploits, you cant leave the ult if trapped with you there is at least one of the following: -An enemy champion -An epic monster -An enemy tower

Why is this downvoted? I'm willing to be the people who said "nay" have trolled as Bard at least once or twice.

Personally, I think this needs to be a thing because I have played with Bards that will use ult in the middle of a big team fight or on me when I am about to kill someone so that they can steal the kill, if I could get out of it that would be great.
