55 match made games before i can type more than 5 messages

I find it ridiculous I defend myself when the enemy kept bashing me and when the match is done I'm told I'm banned from typing freely for 55 games. I have 2 other accounts I've bought many skins and characters on and I can't type how I want. I can't even defend myself. Riot you need to keep some logs to see whats really going on in these games before passing such judgement. I've sat and took bashing for too long from allies and enemies while being reported afterwards for absolutely nothing. Fix THE GAME.
