are the new rewards for championship riven applicable to the OG one as well?

I was wondering the same thing, i think they don´t because the OG has already a border itself, and the name of the chroma is Championship Riven 2016.. I hope they work but unfortunately i dont believe it.
No they are not, the OG CS Riven owners have been shafted by Riot again, what a surprise, they decided that it would be too hard to run the shop with both in as they're technically 2 different skins and chose to simply have only 2016 because 2016 was more widely available to everyone so "everyone can enjoy the golden chroma"
