got melees only. ranged champs don't need more damage. they really don't. botrk doesn't suck now. but it costs too much for what it gives. it needs to be cheaper.

Bilgewater needs to be the same price as B.F. Sword. Knock the cost down to the same price as YG and it's worth.

the item itself is trash, the problem is other mechanics present in the game like , which combined with the right champ become OP. Before Guinsoo's passive Devaurer etc, BotRK used to have 8% of target MAX health and was core for many champs. Many more adcs had considered it as anti tank measurement, which bought some diversity to the routine item builds.
