Not able to click quickly in league

When I am watching steams and people ping things in rapid succession such as dragon being alive or something like that they are able to do a lot of it very quickly, however when i do it the game seems to only let do one of those clicks like each second but when i am using the mouse out of league of legends it is able to click very quickly, is there any way to fix this?

If you ping ss or buff timers in the scoreboard without holding the alt button, you can just left click it in rapid succession and itll do what you are asking. if you ping your ss from the HUD by holding alt, or like an ability cd it wont let you spam it. Good luck
