Make a champion who debuffs enemies. This debuff makes it so if they try to use any mobility spell at all in the next 10 or so seconds(including recall, speed buffs, etc) they are stunned for 5 seconds. Make like 12 of these champions so they can't be banned out. Mobility needs SOME kind of counter play other than picking your own mobility.
Mobility has counter-play.

Lmao, 5 second stun?
Mobility has a ton of counters: Slows, stuns, items, abilities, knock backs, knock ups, walls, dashes, blinks, mobility of your own. I don't see why every champ should be like Udyr without a speed buff...
Maybe not like this, but something like a dot placed on an enemy that does damage based on distance traveled would be good (kinda like that thingy in dota, no idea how its called lel)
