Sick of having Bad matchups

Usually I que up for league every once in a while, I'm gold 5, I get a few decent games in as well. I know I'm bad but I'm having an issue with teammates being on the lower sides of divisions i.e. (Silvers 3,2,1) in my games I get one or more. I don't mind it but when the other team is all gold and I have unranked or silvers on my team it's kinda discouraging and it's affecting how I think which affects my play. Is there something out there that can help me with this issue?

Eh, Ranked has been shit so far all year. I'm honestly done with this game for the same reason. The closer to Gold you get, the worse the team mate pairings seem to be. Blaming your team in a team based game is completely acceptable. Say, we're in a band, and my bassist is bad. No amount of skill in my drumming will make him sound decent, cause at the end of the day he's our foundation and he is bad. Same thing happens in League. If you're jungler/support/adc are bad, you auto lose. Love snowball meta. Do yourself a favor and go play a decent game like DOTA, that's what I'm doing.
