New Game mode idea for customs

Hey League players and Riot staff, I had this awesome thought. I was wondering if in the new season there could be any opportunity's for a new game mode that players could go against each other by killing creeps only. Now before you say "why not just go make a customs match?" Here's why not, [Description] ** _+_ The Game mode will have 2 lanes divided by a wall this 1v1 game will have both players spawn on opposite sides, in the lane there will be a turret behind the players just like a normal lane, but the lanes will be extremely short and the round will be 10mins long [Objective] ** _+_ It's simple the player with the most farm wins **[Why this could be useful] ** 1. New Players could improve their cs'ing skills in an harass free environment. (From Bots and Players) 2. Easier for players who want to improve their farm only to que in without making and/or searching for a customs lobby. 3. Very helpful resource tool to improve gaming experience for all. 4. I Can finally Unbench the Kench

If you still can't visualize it imagine Aram with 2 bridges and 1 player on each bridge. I'm sure with a little more tweaking of ideas this custom game mode would be awesome to have and I'm sure a lot of new players getting into moba's would enjoy it too.
