11 LP for win

I believe its less about rank and more about MMR, for example you could be gold 5 with the MMR of silver 5. if that is the case you would not be getting alot of LP per win in that senerio. I used to be down to 13 lp per win, but I worked my way up and Im getting 21 lp per win and losing 19 per lose

there is hope

If loss forgiven was on at all during the match, you get half LP gains (and 0 losses). If 22 LP for a win sounds more typical for you, that's probably what happened.

Otherwise, it implies your mmr is much lower than expected for your rank (mmr being the important factor not rank, since people of the same rank can have very different MMRs so what looks like fair even matches may not be under the hood).

Winning a few more should make it pretty clear what the situation is.

This is an issue from Riot's end. This has happened to me on two separate occasions. I average on 23 lp per win and whenever I get given 11lp, there's a server maintenance right after that. Sort it out Riot
