nope ramus' w does reflect damge but galios doesnt it is used to sheild people from magic burst combos and heal galio if it only auto cast on galioa it would stop alot of galios shield adn heal potiental

Ability (or magic damage?) reflection? Interesting concept, but it already gives Galio a healing mechanic. I think that spell reflection would be an interesting mechanic on a new champion, but Galio doesn't need that buff.
