Any tips from pro velkoz players??
So i just started to play Velkoz and am really liking him, but i struggle when playing his counters. So if any of you Velkoz people out there have some tips i would really appreciate it!!!

Against yasuo try to hold and e and at least one charge of w and spam them both when he dashes on to you. In lane try to take out his shield by auto attacking. Yasuo w cannot block your auto attacks and ult. against zed try to poke him from afar. I can't really tell you a better way to survive zed other than dodge his skill shots and make poke him until he's so low that he wouldn't want to use his ult or else he'll be in range of you and die. Try to hold on to your e if he blinks towards you with his w. See and yasuo are the 2 most common Velkoz counters. At least in my elo.

And does anyone know what to do against a leblanc though??
An easy one to forget is when you use your Q if you kill 3 minions and actually restores a little bit of Mana instead of using it
Former 1 Trick velkoz here,
Velkoz as a champion does absurds amount of damage. You should be top damaging in every game you play regardless of whether you win or lose. It's up to you to set up positions where you can deal damage safely.
-Early game don't waste mana poking the enemy laner, focus on your own farming.
If you're purely focused on farming and not fighting when the new wave is coming up. Intercept it before it reaches your wave. Wait till the 3 melee minions start stacking up next to you. Throw q w and e at the ranged minions. The W E should kill the ranged minions and the W Q should kill the front minions. You can delay your Q if you want the mana restore.
Always keep a calm mind when playing velkoz. If you're new to him I'd try running exhaust or ghost in case you're in a position where you don't want to be. Don't ever panic on velkoz and start mashing abilities.
Always look for openings where you can land a w e and ult for massive damage.
I'd reccomend getting rylais second item to help with your aiming since its difficult to land the second damage part of your w if they're not already cc'ed.
Build tanky, not glass cannon. His true damage passive allows you to do damage whilst building tanky, take advantage of it.
-In team fights, don't ult so early but don't wait for you to lose the fight. You really need to pick the best openings. If the enemy frontline is going in, Just poke them with a Q W and kite back. Wait for them to group up, and when you w e. You need to be confident in yourself and ult while they're getting hit with W E , not after.
edit: Against someone like leblanc you need to play smart. I'd either go barrier or exhaust in this matchup. Early game you should know exactly her exact range and stay out of it and respect it. Focus on farming and punish if you misses an ability especially if she W's in and misses it. Q W where she dashed to but throw e where she dashed from. This way its impossible for her to dodge it. When she hit's 6 you need to back off and farm under tower and using q to farm the waves if she's freezing it. If she uses her initial w to get close to you, and you have barrier/exhaust up, you can fight her. Her Q R E won't be enough to 100-0, So just throw a q w and ult right in her face. Don't bother throwing e out where she first dashed to cuz she might get scared and jump back or jump again. Just burst her with Q W R and use your barrier/ex if you need it.

Hold on your spells when threaterned. Don't get trigger happy. Pick your moment carefully and you will be rewarded.
Stack as much AP as possible
If they keep interrupting you're ultimate (eg a malphite or naut ult) get a banshee
Ur major damage output in tramfights is weaving combos like qw and ew ( passive procs)
Pick your moment carefully to ult (90% of the time after you combo)
Kiting back with w ( and rylais) is extremely strong vs melee champions at all stages of the game
