Urgot Rework

This is my personal thoughts on how Urgot could be reworked into a ranged tank and not a marksmen.

Passive: Zaun-touched Bolt Aurgmenter (No Changes)

Q: Acid Hunter Added: Slows target by 20/25/30/35/40% for 1.5 seconds

W: Terror Capacitor Removed: Urgot's attacks and Acid Hunter slows the target by 20/25/30/35/40% Added: Mana Scaling (+15% of Max Mana) Added: On activation he fears all units around him for 0.25/0.5/0.75/1/1.25 second(s) Added While the shield is active Urgot's attacks and Acid Hunter deals 35/50/65/80/95 bonus magic damage (+2.5% of Max Mana) to all enemy units around the target. (Includes the target) Changed: Shield absorbs 20/45/70/95/120 damage Changed: Lower AP Scaling (+0.4 AP)

E: Noxian Explosive Charge (No Change)

R: Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser Removed: Urgot gains 60/90/120 armor and magic resist Added: After the channel the enemy champion deals 25/50/75% less damage and is slowed by 25% and Urgot gains 25/50/75% damage reduction and 25% tenacity for 3 seconds
