A forgotten champion...

It seems that riot has forgotten about 1 guy called nautilus, and I wonder if they are going to make some changes around him, i mean season 7 he was viable almost everywhere, you needed a strong tank, bam you had him top, you needed a tanky jungle you had him jungle, you needed a viable support he was there, even ap mid for as long as I care. But nowadays the titan seems to be more of a puny fish than the apex predator he was... I don't really understand how he fell so hard.. he cannot be played like anywhere, not even support.. he is useless simple as that :(
