Barrier has a lower cd while being able to absorb more damage than the ignite used to do. People on high Elo didn’t even pick ignite anymore...
And honestly, are people seriously complaining about 50sec electrocute cd?
Because adding more and more damage in a season where damage creep is the issue is totally ok ?
Ignite lasts for 5 seconds and Barrier only lasts for 2.
It's not even that reliable of a counter.
They buffed ignite because ADCS taking heal that do burst per second would just annihilate you. Making ignite useless.
They buffed ignite the exact same patch they nerfed heal(for some stupid reason). The patch notes literally stated "To finish off the ADCs"
Btw the CD of electrocute is pretty irrelevant when the level 1 trades are leaving champs at 1/4th their HP.
