Should riot pledge to wtfast?

I think riot games should pledge to wtfast and instead of asking for the listed rewards work with them to create a unique service/feature to LoL that minimizes players lag.What do you guys think? I know that riot's parent company tencent did it for one of their game and i thought it would be nice if LoL could get something like this too making matches more interesting.What do you guys think?
