Revert or rework Conqueror again

Imagine being unable to deal more than 1/4 health of a tank without tabis, without bramble vest, while having Black Cleaver, while having more KP, and having more gold, upon doing around 3 full riven combos with team dealing damage on the side. All the new conqueror has accomplished is boosting the win rate of mage skill spammers(Ryze, Cass, Heim) and morde.

Edit:Don't take this as a "riven is shit thread" as i'm making the point for all non-ap melee users of this rune.

it looks as if sion uses his shield to tank damage and gets healed by Senna and he has two armor items completed ... item 3800 and item 3068 giving him + 90 armor and the only armor pen you have as riven is a item 3071 and if you managed to get all 6 stacks on him you reduced his armor by 24% at lvl 14 he has a base armor of 68

giving him a total of 158 armor (with out runes ) plus having item 3211 granting him hp regen when taking damage

so 158 -24%(38) leaves 128 armor

considering he has 1427 base hp at lvl 14 + 250 hp + 400 hp + 425 + 102 x 4 hp ( w passive ) (408) giving him a total of 2910 hp with out runes

so you think you should kill sion as riven cuz of item 3071 when he has 2910 hp and 158 armor and you dont and you blame the removal of true damage from conqueror?
