Is Vladimir good and, according to you, what makes him good or bad?

So i answered your pantheon thread, Vlad can also be good but for opposite reasons to pantheon, while pantheon is powerful early and can help you and your team snowball, vlad is a bit opposite, vlad is not strong early but his healing allows him to survive lane in many matchups and he scales into an insane aoe teamfighter, Once vlad gets level 9 and 45% cdr he becomes super hard to kill in lane, once he gets lvl 13 and has 3+ completed items if he gets into the enemy backline with his full combo they explode.

item 3067 which builds into item 3152 item 3108 which builds into item 3157 (both good active items for him), 10% from transcendence in sorcery tree, 10% from the "flex rune" that can give adaptive force attack speed or scaling cooldown reduction, and 5% from the rune in the inspiration tree, once you get to level 10 you will get to choose your own runes so you will see these.

And Phase Rush as the sorcery keystone works very well for him especially lategame, because he doesn't have any mobility built in so it gives him movespeed and CC resistance that helps him avoid getting locked down, or helps him get to the squishy backline.

He is if you're - AKALI is so hot - against me after just smoking a bunch haha.

He's strong against melee champs because he has so much sustain and range with a get out of jail card in his pool. Otherwise he's pretty weak early and scales into a massive aoe drain tank.

very good.

-infinite sustain -untargetable ability -AOE -flexible build options -passive is actually too good in the current state of the game (runes/masteries) -can do it in either solo lane -no mana -and he's AP so you can never go full DerpD with him

He is too strong and that is because his early game is not punishable enough for how good his lategame is.

It is extremely hard to kill him early since he has a mini lissandra ultimate, free sustain and no mana/energy (for some reason) all on basic abilities. His early all-in potential is also unreasonably high for such a lategame 1v5 carry.
