Report them in game. Despite popular belief it makes no difference between 1 person reporting someone or 9 people. Riot will get to it when they can and take appropriate action.
Todosan Sergiy1 votesSure, I did immediately after the game. But as far as I know if they were punished, i had to have some notifications about that. DIdnt have notifications thats why I post it.
Baka Red1 votesFrom your description I can imagine a situation, in which a premade duo plays from the same room, using the same WLAN, and suddenly their WLAN/connection gets cut. Maybe that happened. Anyways, like Lord Loki1987 said, you are to use Report tool for that. If they afk regularly, they get reported regularly and that will get them punished - just like the solo player who afks regularly will. If they suffered from isolated insident like the one I imagined, they won't be punished, because.. well, it is isolated incident, that can happen to anyone.
Also, please familiarize yourself with Board Universal Rules, especially the Naming & Shaming rules. (ie: you might want to remove the names from your post at the very least)
