Who else thinks that heimer is just a toxic champion in general. He makes the game so incredibly unfun for the enemy team and often times his own team. Heimerdingers are among the most toxic summoners that play. (at least in my experience). I honestly think that heimer needs to be changed/reworked because he ruins the game for so many people.
