LeBlanc Main: Hextech Rocket Belt

Ok so apparently theres a new item in developement called Hextech Rocket Belt. It gives 80AP, 300HP, 10%CDR, and an active that allows you to dash within 300 units that also deals 100-250 magic damage plus 25% of your AP. This sounds too good to be true. ok I main LeBlanc and let me just say, this sounds like a must have item on her, the synergy sounds so unreal. I think LeBlanc will rise in popularity (IMO-screw all the peeps whos gonna use her now since this item might come out, then she might get nerfed and peeps are gonna stop, well idgaf cuz ima still stick to her) for reals screw then for picking her up now when she was good befor then. sorry for my mini rant, but what are your thought on leBlanc with Rocket Belt, I can see the play already lol.

I think she'd be better served by the Hextech Frost Cannon to be honest. Since she already has an immense amount of mobility, it'd do nicely with some additional CC. Using the Hextech Rocket Belt on her would be what is in the Magic community referred to as a ''win-more'', it doesn't really strengthen her that much. At least not in comparison to the Frost Cannon, which has a sixty percent slow and similar damage and ap scaling. You'd probably never get away from her.

I agree but then again i shouldnt make assumptions about champs with items that havent came yet, but we'll find out later what works best for other champs wrather than just Leblanc .

I hope that the item won't be added on the live server, because it will cause worse balancing problems than sated devourer, rageblade and Duskblade together. I would try to use it on Leblanc, maybe after midgame. Then she won't be forced to use her w as a gapcloser only. The problem will be the Morello's changes. The mana reg is pretty important and definitely a better stat than flat mana on her. The lane sustain vs a Zed or a Yasuo just WON'T exist. That is a huge problem, and the alternative options are not really effective.

Wow that item sounds so powerful. Mages would be massively buffed if there were an item like that, even if so many people seem to think they're being nerfed.
