So i was in this game with a Karthus midlane, and he had cleanse vs rene -top, riven - jng, kassa - mid, Vayne -adc, and tresh - supp. I asked him why he chose cleanse,, and he refused to anwser and said "You low elo players will never understand". So i ask you why did he choose cleanse?

NinjaGuy691 votesI mean in my opinion, it's a bad summoner spell choice. My best guess would be that he didn't want to get hard cc'ed and have his dps affected if he ran into the middle of the team in order to spam Q until he died. He should have been running either teleport or exhaust to be honest though.
