Nerf Ezreal? Nerf Cleptomancy for ranged champs? Just do something!
In lower elo where teams tend to have a full AD comp, 
is simply just too fucking broken, he can legit build full armor based items and one shot people, while he is unable to take any damage, cuz heck, he got almost 300 armor, with just a bit over 220 ad and 120 ap... Even if he's terrible and missed all of his skillshots, then he got his E which deals just about 500 damage :) Do something riot, this can't continue [sg-soraka]
