Gamestate is just too broken for ranked.

At the beginning of the season I wont 6 of my placements and got b5, now I cant get out of 3 or 4, because almost every other champ is broken. For example: even . I don't know why everything is so crazy at the moment, but it's getting rather ridiculous at this point.
