Adaptive helm has ruined some mage champions

Adaptive helm has taken champions like and out of the game. When i play Cassiopeia now i feel like i'm completely useless and Azir wasn't even a champion before this patch and now you might as well just delete him all together. Instead of making mr items that delete champions out of the game, why not make an equivalent frozen heart for MR, where you get like 90 mr and 10% cdr for example. Of course with this we might need to buff magic pen items but that'd be a lot better than taken champions out of the game because of their kit.
