Smurfs Everywhere!

I can't even win games in ranked because of smurfs that are like probably diamond, master, plat.. I'm facing against people who feel like I'm facing a Challenger, but in reality they are silver or something. Rito Please Fix this :D. I'm trying to climb up elo that way I can get a gold, plat, diamond border at the end of season 6 which is coming around the corner in 2 or 4 months, but I can't climb elo because of smurfs. When I start a ranked game I search them up on op.gg and usually I see Gold and below. I'm seeing unranked placements now. I can tell they are smurfs by the way they play. Sorry for wasting your time here, I'm just saying.. Riot fix this for gold and silver elo.
