I have play many champions with crazy abilities that have a very low cooldown or get a very low cooldown as your get to late game. Fiora riposte has a large cooldown, not to mention even if you get cooldown reduction items, you will only get a 8 to 7 seconds of cooldown at max. Which is a pain when dueling with champions that have very powerful abilities with low cooldown. Example a nasus and his Qs.
