Everytime I Play Melee Champs at top Im Always Not Getting Creep Score Because I Hug THe Turret And Not Seeking Damage From The Enemy.What Can I Do So i Can Balance The Cs?.(srry fr my bad english)

Dont be scared to soak up damage to get cs early if you know the burst of the enemy. The champions you play are good duelist at lvl 6 you have to play aggressively.

Specially with riven you have the kit to get that first blood and to zone/scare your opponent from level 1

stand back until a creep is low, if they're ranged they'll harass you every time you move forward to CS. not a whole lot you can do about it other than fight them til they're low enough hp that you can zone them away instead. ranged vs melee matchups are just binary like that.

as riven you can farm with your E and Q to get in quickly and get out. the E lets you shield any harass they put on you as well, but it has a high cooldown early on so you won't be able to grab every CS with it.

CSing neutrally is very akin to conceding the lane. You are essentially saying that you refuse to take trades, and thus mimimize your losses while accepting some none-the-less. In other words, you are choosing to lose the least as opposed to winning.

If you want better creep score, it is a given that you must learn how to trade effectively and force your opponent father back from the creeps.
