Ranked game mode needs a great touch up

Hey Riot/players I want to bring a very bothering topic i have up for discussion about one the most under managed game modes on league of legends. with that being said i have been playing leagues for about 3 years now and in my on going experience it has been over irritable that this game mode(ranked) is still the worse game mode on the game. Thoughts of improvement, I think Riot should put more effort into how and when a player can join ranked mode games. i have to say that in all my experience in playing this game i have come across the worse players in ranked. From the lack of communication to players unskilled, players not understanding meta, even to people not knowing how to play but a 1or2 main roles. I think riot should bring forth more detail and player skill requirements before you can just join ranked games. i have played ranked mode for the last past 2 days now and i have won under 5 games because of players that i have to team with are just either trolling or unskilled players who would bring a champ they use for 1st time use into the game. it just throws the meaning of it being ranked matches offffff.! I'm Hoping that riot take a good detailed look at this and allow players to have a better player requirement before just playing ranked games. i would like to coop with people who actually want to try their best to win ranked games instead of just using the mode for slight rank or practice mode in which they use champs they just bought to try them out in a ranked match.. I also think that if a single player is constantly reported about rank matches and dispostions that they should be banned from ranked games for a good mount of time. with that being said Im begging you riot please look in to this thanks.!
