why do i get an A when im 10/2/2 or 6/0/3 but others with worse scores get an S
i dont understand how it works because no matter how good a game i have i rarely see an S but people who do way worse score and farm wise have gotten them

The main factors rating takes into consideration from my experience are: KDA: Needs to not suck CS: Needs to be really good Team participation: Needs you to have been there for team fights / objectives / towers and doing your job really well.
Its not just kills.

Don't forget warding.
I had a Zed cheese an S+ rating because he was super fed, and we were closing out the game. He recalled into base, bought a sight stone and two pinks, and just spammed them in fountain while we finished.
You don't ward, and your farm sucks.
Or you just end up taking a lot of kills without dishing a lot of damage.
Pick one.

Or you don't touch a single objective ever.
It's entirely based off what you're playing and where. If you play something that noone plays then the system can't judge how well you did versus other players. A soraka top has a high chance to get an S because noone plays it. Meanwhile a Soraka bot is judged against every other Soraka bot that gets played.
I played Soraka top and got an S even though my score was neutral. I play Soraka support and get an A even though my score was positive.

It has very little to do with KD, friend.

I know. I'm saying because I played Soraka top even though i didn't do well i still got an S. Because it was Soraka top. I'm getting judged versus every other Soraka top. Since there aren't many it's easy to get a good score. Playing a popular champion is harder to get an S for.
Depends on the champion and the role you're playing.
So playing someone like Malzahar mid will probably require a better score than Yorick mid.
