Since DFG is being removed and Ahri is getting some changes

I think morde should get some changes. seeing as DFG is a core item on him, and should always be the second item you buy, if not the first, he could really do with some buffs. not necessarily damage buffs, but some mobility ones. for instance, he gets +x% bonus movement speed whenever he kills something with his q, or his ult saps the movement speed of the champ it's applied to.
