No income for Blue Essence?

Currently level 14 and the income is very slow for getting BE. At this rate by the time I'm level 30 I won't have even close to enough champions to play ranked. (Regardless of whether you think I should play ranked or not, I should be able to.)

Based on the trend from the first few levels, I thought I would be getting a champion every level, which would put me on track to play ranked at level 30. Unfortunately that stopped very quickly, now I only get 450-900 BE or so upon leveling up.

Am I missing something or is there really no way to get more BE?

Why is the process so slow now, I know before it was IP and you got it from playing games, why did that go? Just a cash grab i presume (?)

With ip you also didn't had enough champions for ranked in lvl 30

Not true, Buying all lower "tier" champs allows you too, but the fact is the system is flawed in the sense that it promotes people to buy new champs with RP more than actually just play the game and be rewarded, im lvl 40, and need like 20+ more champs with a BE income of like 600 every 20 games. And i began playing in the season 6 preseason (like 6.1)

note you got like 60 be minimum in a norm, meaning im playing like double the games for the same be.
