question about azir ult
If i`m playing morgana and i black shield a lee and hes dashes to an enemy behind azirs wall does he go through it?

Yes, but only if the shield blocks and survives the ult damage.
I'm not sure what the question is exactly, but the answer is his ult sucks.. It can stop things unless you actually need it to stop something, in which case everything gets through.
So your saying what happens if lee sin has black shield on him and he q's azir and azir ults? Yeah lee would fly straight through the wall. Actually come to think of it Azir's ult is so bugged lee doesn't even need the black shield.
