What's with ridiculously long solo queue

Title says it all.I got back after a year long break just to find out I can't even play one match.Long story short, I queue than after long time I somehow get sorted in group and if it's not full, we (as group) wait a long time for other teammates to get picked. Ok, I can live with that but when I have to wait 10-15 min for match to start even though group is complete is killer.

I am playing EU Nordic&East , so maybe that's the reason, however while I understand concept behind this system and like it on paper, it's terrible in practice.What I am saying is, I won't attempt anymore to play game (not that anyone really care, after all what's another absent player, right ? ) until you sort out match making algorithm or come up with better solution because this cross every boundary of tolerance.
