Higher Visibility Target Cursor Urgently Needed

I hate the target cursor and the color red is very bad because it is easy to lose the cursor in a team fight or over minions. Please can I have the option not to have any cursor change, or a higher visibility target cursor which is white not red? A much higher visibility target cursor with better color contrast i.e.a white cursor would be much better. Alternatively an option not to change the cursor at all in game.
