With a delay in the E we will feed the enemy team, all the ganks will be game over for Veigar. We cant be succesful winning mid lane. The only way to stop them is praying that they have a bad computer and dc. Thanks for giving us such "good things" because the lost dfg, but this is not a compensation.

wolfax1 votesVeigar will never be allowed to be strong with that instant circle and point and click abilities. This is his chance to be made better. And from the looks of it he'll be a lot better with buffs to pretty much everything else.
Trídent3 votesThe Q and R are fine, but E would kill him. PBE testers said they were rarely able to land the E, and never when a player didn't "accidently" not escape. W just becomes pure useless for champion engagements without an E stun, you can dodge dark matter inside the "cage." That means a big chunk of Veigar's nuke won't hit.

I can live with the lower ap ratios (even if it seems wierd to nerf his power since DFG is gone), skillshot Q, but not with the delayed stun. I have more use of it as an escape tool to zone enemies from chasing, now. And yeah, W is just for farm and teamfights, not gonna hit much else. Found that the only hope I have is to pray for having a high Q farm in late game, until then, oh lord...
He can stack his Q faster, cast his W more often, but I dont see those buffs as good enough to ruin his stun.
New Veigar: Squishy short range mage with no dash/gapcloser/freeflash and an easily escapable stun ability. With luck, you can blow someone up, late game.

Yung Gregory2 votesI also main Veigar and just tried to land my combos and learned that it is 100% more difficult to do anything. I'm in plat 2 and these guys are obviously skilled enough to simply strafe and dodge my stun. In team fights I also had to get closer than I wanted to just to land q's. It's cool it can hit two people now but Veigar is supposed to stay at a reasonable range because he's squishy as hell, and if I want to hit two people I need to get closer so the q is able to go through the first champion. And if I get closer, I usually run the risk of death! My old game consisted of kiting and setting traps followed with quick combo's. Now my game consists of running up to q and then having to flash away because my stun has a DELAY. To put it simply, I do NOT feel safe when playing Veigar because your stun (life saver and initiation tool) is far less reliable and unless the enemy you're facing isn't very good, it is VERY difficult to land a full combo on an opponent. Not to mention they nerfed the ap ratios on q and r. Riot, WTF?

Iyeoka1 votesyes Veigar is ruined definately. No more fun to play it, everybody can counter you.. this E takes ages.. enemy can drink ness caffe and then dodge lol . Strange update,very unhappy with it even tho im not veigar main, I hope they dont ruin rest of champs atleast :D
