Missions Have Kinda Been Flying Under the Radar for a While Now...

So I just watched Rossboomsocks's video on what he thinks of Fortnite and how he compares it to League's lootbox/cosmetic/rewards system. I think that all of his points are very valid, especially about how missions in league are pretty bad right now, since there hasn't been very many of them recently and they only appear when a new champ comes out or when there is an event. When an event like Lunar Revel or Arcade comes around, missions are overflowing with cool rewards and they become a really good rewards system to keep players engaged. But when there is a lull in events, missions almost become irrelevant. I'm not saying that there should be way more events than normal (that does take a lot of work) but I would like to see more missions appear in the following year, doing things that help the gameplay like placing control wards in realistic spots or dealing a certain amount of damage or heals/shields; that kind of stuff. These kinds of smallish missions would give small but still cool rewards like icons and ward skins (just suggestions). Ross also talks about other things in the video; I encourage you guys to watch it. It's very well-made. Tell me what you think and try to give as much constructive feedback as possible! I appreciate all the comments and I'm sure Riot would too. P.S. Hope this doesn't get buried D: [garen-swing]

My favorite thing about the last mission was that it was literally just a way to try to lure more people into paying 7800 BE for the newly released champion.

I assumed there would be more than one mission to complete, so I was worried that having 3 days (after waiting) wouldn't be enough to complete them all.

Nope, just the one. Glad I still waited.
