Two Questions, How is Yasuo doing in the top lane these past few updates, and Same with Veigar Mid??

So I want to bring my mid yasuo back to the top lane I haven't been keeping up with this season that much and are wondering the changes and things I should look out for if yasuo top is played and for veigar I'm thinking about picking him back up on mid lane again what are things I should keep an eye out for in game this season last time I played was s6 :) just to give you a heads up on how much I missed:)

veigar although not terrible. is horribly outclassed because games are ending in 25mins more than ever.

he never gets the chance to scale up into the late game so you dont make the most of him, but his base stun still gest him through team fights, same with R. but he never reaches deletion status.
