Support Game Rankings

It's a bit of an issue when a support can steal kills and get an S rank going 20/5/1 while a carry doesn't get an S for going 1/5/20. Playing games with supports like heavy AP Sona who always Q to take the kill and she gets an S+ while you get a C is ridiculous. A support should get a lower score for kills gotten while another role is alive and got an assist, just as assists don't count toward a carries rank.
