Every time I go against a fizz. The fizz always misses their ult and somehow it just auto goes to you. Also, fizz w passive can just destroy tanks to half health with one auto attack.

Fixes for the ult is currently on the PBE, however, the Q is getting buffed and the W is getting what overall I feel will be a slight buff that makes the DOT last 3 seconds instead of 4.

For the ult changes, simply put, it will no longer have a massive attach range after missing and when it's initially flying is the only time that it can attach, it won't attach when people walk over the area anymore.
