Everyone Asking Riot that "Damage should be nerfed". I'm in the real world inside the league game doing damage, whoopin some A$$ while i'm taking ez fight wins.

I know it sounds like I'm winning. YOUR WRONG. Its funny how everyone is wanting something to be nerfed and SOONER OR LATER I know for a fact that everyone is going to complain AFTER what they ask for. SO I'm going to ask EVERYONE What is this BALANCE that everyone hoped for so much? Season 3? Season 1? After so much effort that Riot spent though trying fixing their game hoping it'll be better than before. Its actually so much shitty than before. So what will it be? Nerf or No Nerf?

I'm not here to flame. I'm here to say that You best have no choice but to ACCEPT the fact that Riot has made THEIR decision into this New Patch and nothing else we can do. Unless they actually going to listen.................... which is probably unlikely. :P

Although I am looking forward onto upcoming patches. Riot Don't Become Shityer than it is already. Haha.

So What is Balance in League of Legends? Everyone?

The “perfect balance,” is one in which every champion is equally balanced, to the point where it effectively becomes a glorified game of Rock Paper Scissors. Each “class,” of champion would have counters and things they would counter, skill would vary per champion and directly relate to the “reward” of that champion and buying items would be 100% situational based on your matchup.

Or we could go to a better reality and say that there is no perfect balance. Look at Overwatch. It was designed in that way and we know that it wasn't balanced or isn't balanced rn.

League can't be balanced, and why would Riot want it to be? Adaptation is a big thing to the game not growing stagnant. Seeing how the Meta changes all the time, chances are the "damage" meta will change eventually.

How do you have rock paper scissors. When the rocks, paper, scissors all have different skill caps?

If you put every thing into this. If you make all of them the same power budget. Why would you Ever play a complicated champion? Why bother with anything mechanically intensive.

If how ever you say, nah, harder to player should = Better best cases. Then its not balanced all to well is it?

Here is my opinion.

Theres is no "balance" in games with individual kits and skill expression. Just health states of high viability and unhealthy states of stagnated play where a majority of the rooster is not useable anywhere. I honestly feel like league is floating in between the two.

I think Viability should be considered related to expectations for various skill tiers. Not all champions need to be top tier, its 100% good for the game to have some "weaker" champions that are easier to use and showcase core mechanics.

Some lower skill cap champions also should remain viable because they serve as a strong counter pick to a higher skill cap best case champion.

Balance is about viability. Every champion should have situations where they are the optimal choice, and the ability to play their role to as close to equal ability as possible. A good example of this is Malzahar. Malz is rarely a massive carry, but neither is he really ever not a threat. Because of this he is optimal in situations where you want a safe laner that will scale and contribute to teamfights later on.

Compare this to someone like Mordekaiser and you can see he is unbalanced, and not in a nice way. Forgetting the bugs throughout his kit, or the fact it actually took there being a bug to make him truly strong (still wasn't broken tbh), there is no situation where he is the optimal choice. His kit isn't designed for carrying, and neither is he safe. He CAN carry, and CAN snowball, but it takes far more for him than any other juggernaut, and really it takes 1 tricking him or smurfing to make him viable. Added to this he lacks AP Fighter items to enable him to succeed in his role so has to build mage instead. There's always a better option.
