AR Urf MMR issues?

I understand for best Queue times, it's best to just match all players together. But I personally have been matched with High Plat- to Mid Diamond players in all of my games. Mostly all on the opposing team. As a Silver- to Gold player, I'm out classed at basically every turn, making games basically ALWAYS a stomp in their favor. I would not mind in the slightest if I had to wait a short while longer to be paired with people of my own skill level. I'm fine with the all random aspect, though a ban phase would be lovely. But having my favorite game mode ruined because basically every game is a stomp just isn't fun. But maybe that's just my opinion.
