TAKE OUT silences

I'm tired of playing a game as any champion then out of no where i get Ult and Q into W into Ult into E into Q like excuse me that is about what 20 seconds of moving around and looking like a dumb-ass so please Riot change them to be either a stun, root just not something that makes me look like i'm a chicken with my head chopped of cause i cant use anything. Make ult just do damage, not i will ult you then make you stand still while I do up to about 1k damage just make it so that the enemy can leave his ult so all malz mains need to use strategy when to ult. His Q should not silence but blind or root. Take it away now make his silence leave the game no one wants to deal with that trash make it do a fear not a silence (p.s. lower the ratios on him) O just make it so that the AOE just roots all enemies in place would make blitz a use able support. I know you guys fixed his e so it doesn't silence every time it bounces but no one wants to deal with silences so make it fear like Q or boost the AP ratio. Take out Garens Q silence just please make it slow not silence
