Riot,Reds please tell me what you guys are doing with the games out of wack balance currently?

What are your plans to fix. Its kinda obvious you busted up massively with the several of the changes. Also why does ryze need another rework when there are people more deserving? I know he's an icon to new players but thats no excuse because we have people who are more desperately in need of a rework and it seems to me like you'll just end up going back to the same problems as before since his concept of spam and burst mage with mana scaling seems broken in league or atleast incredibly hard to balance. Right now there's so many things wrong with the game. And so many things people don't like overall like Dynamic queue. What will you guys do to solve all of this?
