Riot I Am Confused Here

I recently wrote this satirical account of kind of what Riot wants for the new season:

We here at Riot want to prevent most early game snowballing, thus we have changed the said dragon so that when killed it gives your ENTIRE team 8% increased damage. We want to make sure that when you get a double kill bot lane, securing dragon, that you come back to lane with 150+ AD with your BF sword level 8 or 9. This is not even taking into account Draven damage, BUT we believe in this system and Draven told us he would "behave". This is what we here at Riot like to call come back potential for the opposing team, and a completely fair balanced game. Can we get a GGWP?

Right... In all seriousness, I am currently not liking the new rift, from the hyper snowballing dragon to the laser beam nexus towers of death. I would love to know all of you opinions. :)
